基本职责
Provides secretarial services to the Sales Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
义务及职责                                    
Types reports, letters, memoranda, forms and correspondence for the Director of Sales and his Assistant; maintains files of same.
1. 处理文书及信函和备忘录及其它文档资料并进行整理。
Takes down and transcribe dictation and minutes of meetings.
2. 作会议记录。
Introduce guests and arrange meetings.
3. 引见客人并安排会面。
Keep stationery supplied on time.
4. 保持文具的及时提供。
Reasonable use and maintenance of department equipment.
5. 合理使用并维护部门设备。
Coordinate with other department staff to submit work report to Sales Manager.
6. 协调部门其他员工对工作的报告提交与销售经理。
Answers and places phone calls and arranges appointments for the Director of Sales, reminds superior of same.
7. 接听及安排销售总监的电话预约，同时提醒上级相关事宜。
Receives and refers office callers and visitors to appropriate personnel; schedules and sets up appointment.
8. 为市场销售总监及助理安排商务会面。
Receives all in-coming mails directed to the Sales Office for review and action of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
9. 接受传真并交与市场销售总监处理。
Assists superior in co-coordinating with other departments regarding coverage of VIP arrivals, functions and other special activities in the Hotel.
10. 协助上级安排重要客户的到访和其它酒店重要事宜。

Proficient in typing, stenography and filing. Computer proficiency required.

Personable and adept in social graces.
2. 外表亮丽、举止幽雅。
Can compose business correspondence.

Can maintain confidential files and records. 
4. 有可信度。
Aggressive and good human relations.
5. 有进取心和良好人际关系。
